At this time, I am not in network with any insurance company. I can provide you with a superbill that you can use submit for reimbursement  to your HCSA or HFSA accounts. You pay at the time of visit, receive a superbill, and you upload that superbill to your HCSA/HFSA to request your reimbursement.
